With 600 feet of secluded beach, it will be close enough to the dining, shopping and nightlife of South Beach, but removed enough to serve as an oasis in the midst of the excitement.

Why was the Club concept developed?
The Ritz-Carlton Club, South Beach was created to offer a wide array of membership options while providing a hassle free lifestyle that has proven to be an efficient alternative to the often cumbersome financial and managerial responsibilities of absentee ownership of a second or third vacation home. As a Member/Owner at The Ritz-Carlton Club, your ownership is commensurate with your specific usage pattern and financial commitment versus purchasing another luxury vacation home that may be used for only a fraction of the year.
What is The Ritz-Carlton Club, South Beach?
The Ritz-Carlton Club is similar to joining a prestigious country club except Members reserve lodging rather than tee times. Each of our Club Home Residences receives all of the legendary attention that has made The Ritz-Carlton the world's leading provider of luxury accommodations. From twice daily housekeeping to provisioning your kitchen prior to arrival, your ownership includes the services and amenities our guests enjoy at our Ritz Carlton Hotels worldwide. Perhaps most comforting of all however is that your home is being cared for in The Ritz-Carlton tradition while you are not in residence. Ritz-Carlton Club Members enjoy access any time according to the Usage Plan and Club Reservation Policies with unlimited usage of all Club facilities while in residence. Members also enjoy reciprocal privileges at our other Ritz-Carlton Clubs currently located in Jupiter, Florida, Aspen and Vail Colorado and St. Thomas, USVI. In addition, new Clubs have been announced in San Francisco, Lake Tahoe, Abaco (Bahamas), Maui, and Kauai, with many more projected to be announced shortly; thereby offering an ever expanding menu of the finest vacation locations throughout the world for owners to enjoy.
How is ownership of a Residence conveyed?
Title is conveyed to the Member and is evidenced by a warranty deed, which is recorded and is guaranteed by a title insurance policy. Each Member owns a fee simple, undivided interest in one or more of our Residences at the Club, their elegant furnishings and accessories, the Members' Lounge and common areas.
How often can Members use a Residence?
Every member is deeded 21 days per year. As a convenience, each owner may arrange their visits years in advance or on a last minute basis. Members have the option of visiting for a number of weeks, for a long weekend, or even a day. Members are provided additional variety with reciprocal usage options at our sister Clubs (at no additional cost) as well as unlimited access with the Space Available Program.
How is Member access allocated for use?
The deeded, 21 days are allocated per the Usage Plan that best fits your schedule. The options include Full Membership which allows access 365 days a year (excluding Holiday Periods) or Seasonal Membership which allows usage from May to October. Those individuals that require being here during certain Holiday Periods can purchase Event Membership which provides guaranteed access during their choice of the Christmas, New Year’s, President’s or Easter Week (plus an additional 14 days anytime during the year. Members customize their travel dates with their own personal Ritz-Carlton Member Services Liaison and access may be made up to two years in advance with the ability to modify up to the day of travel.
Oftentimes Members allow family, friend’s customers and/or clients to enjoy their Club as their guests, as it not required for Members to be in residence when others are enjoying their home in South Beach or at any of our sister Clubs.
Are Members of The Ritz-Carlton Club able to use their ownership at any Club location?
Yes. Members of the Ritz-Carlton Club, South Beach have reciprocal usage options at all other existing Clubs or as they are developed, based on availability and Club Reservation Policies. As stated previously, there are no additional costs for reciprocal usage.
Do Members pay Club dues?
Yes. Club dues pay for the professional management and operation of The Ritz-Carlton Club location and membership in The Ritz-Carlton Club membership program. These annual Club dues are each Member's pro-rata portion of funds, which include but are not limited to landscaping, pool maintenance, staff salaries, supplies, home maintenance, window washing, trash removal, legal, accounting, fuel, utilities, property taxes, transportation, insurance, a reserve fund for the replacement and/or refurbishing of the facilities, and other costs of operating and maintaining the Club.
Are the Residences maintained on a daily basis, similar to a Ritz-Carlton Hotel?
Yes. In addition to the complete interior and external care and maintenance of the Club Home, Members receive twice daily housekeeping as part of the annual Club Dues. This service includes a full daily cleaning and second service in the evening.
Do Members always stay in the same Residence?
Not necessarily. Members purchase an interest in a category of Residences (one, two or three bedroom; Oceanside or Oceanfront). In order to provide enhanced flexibility, Members are guaranteed access each stay within that Residence category. Space Available requests for additional time or modification to entitlement may be accommodated in any of the Club's Residences.

What other benefits are currently provided for our Members? The “Space Available Program”
• Member calls their personal concierge up to 45 days prior to travel date. • Member may reserve any size Club Residence (on a per diem basis) at any of the Clubs regardless of the size of the Residence owned at the Home Club. Space Available access is based upon availability. • Minimal restrictions on length of stay. • The Per Diem rate is a nominal fee (currently averaging $175 per night) that simply covers the cost of the set up of the Residence, the use of resort amenities, twice daily housekeeping, etc. All per diem fees are paid to the Homeowner’s Association of the Club being visited. |
