1. When are contracts expected to be issued? We started signing contracts in December of 2006
2. What rescission period do you afford buyers and when does the time begin to elapse? There is a seven day attorney review process that commences upon delivery of fully executed purchase agreement or after the purchaser has had three business days to review the offering plan.
4. Is this a condo hotel? No, This is a condo conversion with no hotel component. The owner is free to rent his condo for no less than one year.
5. How much is needed for the first deposit and when? There is a 10 percent initial investment at signing of the purchase agreement.
6. How much do I need for the second deposit and when? There is a 5% second deposit when there offering plan is declared effective or six months after signing whichever comes first. There will be two weeks written notice.
