(NYSE: HOT) and The Related Group of Florida announce that they have signed a letter of intent to form a joint venture to develop a new build St Regis Resort & Residences in South Florida’s most exclusive enclave, Bal Harbour. The St Regis Resort & Residences, Bal Harbour, to be built on the existing site of the Sheraton Bal Harbour, will be located on the white, pristine sands of the Atlantic Ocean directly across the street from the legendary Bal Harbour Shops. The renowned Lucien Lagrange Architects has been selected for the project. The proposed transaction is subject to the negotiation and execution of definitive agreements and other approvals and customary closing conditions.

To purchase a unit at the St. Regis Please follow the steps below.

1.   Print and fill out the MiamiRealEstateTrends.com
St Regis Preconstruction Condos Reservation Form
2.   Complete the registration Form and Fax it back our firm at 786 524-4644
3.   Upon receipt of the above one of our sales agents will contact you with further instructions regrading your potential purchase at the St. Regis
4.   A check made Payable to the Escrow agent (Chicago Title and Insurance Co. for 10% of the purchase price of your unit will be required with the developer Reservation Form (Which will be E-mailed to you).
5.   A second 10% will be payable at ground breaking some time between May and August of 2006. (However the developer reserves the right to request the second 10% sooner than that so please be prepared.
6.   Signing of Developer contracts and Condo docs disclosure at any time from approx Feb. 2006 unitl May 2006.
7.   Construction to be completed Late 2008 / Early 2009.

NOTE: All reservation agreements, floor plans, prices and any other information will only be released once you have registered.

Maint. estimated to be $0.80 - $1.00 per square foot for the North and South Tower and
