    If James Bond ever needed to call Miami his second home, now he can. Aston Martin in Miami has announced its first real estate deal in the world with the new Aston Martin Condo Miami.  As the name Brands of condo towers become ever so popular with the likes of Porsche Tower Miami, Armani Casa Condo, Fendi Chateau Residences and Missoni Luxury Condo, now Aston Martin raises the bar one more time with its latest project. “It’s not a brand-slapping exercise,” said Katia Bassi, a vice president at Aston Martin. The company wants to make its mark “in all the cities where it’s important to be, and Miami is one of those,” she said.

    The British car maker announced that it will partner with wealthy Argentine developers on a 66-story, 390 unit condo tower. The building will be called the Aston Martin Tower and it will be located at the entrance to the of the Miami River east of the Epic Condo Hotel and just southwest of the One Miami Building in downtown Miami. The licensing deal marks the auto company’s first venture into real estate as a launching platform to other spectacular residential condo projects. A team from Aston Martin will lead the design of the building’s common areas and amenities, fitness centers including lobbies, and a spa. The car company’s branding will touch door handles, leather, color palettes and reception desks, and even the stitching.

    Record Price for Lot Brings New Life to Aston Martin & Miami

    The Coto family, which paid a record on a high end of Downtown Miami two years ago for the vacant waterfront land next to old Dupont building, currently the Epic condo Hotel. “We need to give buyers a unique experience,” Coto said through a translator. “That’s why we thought about Aston Martin, because we’re talking about luxury, we’re talking about authenticity.” Pricing hasn’t been set yet but experts estimate that the price will be north of $1,000 per square foot. Aston Martin and The Coto’s have launched sales in December 2016 and plan to launch an on-site official sales center in March 2017 along with groundbreaking over the summer of 2017.
