Icon Vallarta Mexico consists of 336 luxury beachfront residences, 26 stories with 7 pool villas.
3 Towers with one tower per each Phase
The three Icon Vallarta Preconstruction Condos is 26-story high-rise luxury beach-front towers comprised of 336 condominiums with seven spectacular pool side villas will front the Pacific Ocean. These are residences, not a condo-hotel. However is rumored that Related will be contracting with the hotel next door to provide hotel-like amenities. There is a long list of amenities which we will have soon; it will include a 500 foot long infinity pool, a spa, security and valet services, lobby and common areas designed by Philippe Starck, an outdoor fire pit with views downtown, 1000 feet of beach front, room service, concierge service, fitness center, and a business center and much more.
The goal of Related is to deliver an unmatched level of luxury, style, and quality to Mexico's pacific coast with the Icon Vallarta Condos. This is their first of several projects in this region, and Related is setting the bar to a new standard- as you have seen them accomplish in South Florida.

Sometime later in March, we will begin accepting writen reservations for Icon Vallarta Preconstruction Condos based on suite type and location. From there, all the nitty-gritty details will be thoroughly reviewed (including the answers to all your questions) before we sell any condos. Reservation holders will select condos and write contracts sometime in the early spring- probably in May.
Icon Vallarta Condos Mexico - is a joint venture between the Related Group of Miami & NH-Krystal Vallarta. Icon Vallarta will be built on land at the northern end of the NH Krystal property. Access will be via improved ave. de las Garzas (the side street between the Hacienda and the Krystal). This will mean that the basically low-rise NH-Krystal Hotel will be located between 3 towers at the Peninsula and 3 towers at Icon Vallarta. The architectural firm for both the Peninsula and Icon Vallarta is Arquitectonica, but with different design teams. The designer for Icon Vallarta is Phillipe Starck, one of the best known contemporary designers in the world. Work is already beginning.
Contrary to some rumors, the only Krystal buildings to be demolished to make way for the development will be the northern half of the old timeshare section (often called the “horseshoe” area). A new pool area will be built to replace the currently existing slide pool.
The new Icon Vallarta residence owners will have access to hotel facilities and will use NH Krystal hotel services (eg., maid and room service). The development will be exclusively residential (no retail, restaurants, banks or other service offices such as exist at the Peninsula.)

If you elect to reserve a unit, you will need to complete a ICON VALLARTA RESERVATION form (NOW AVAILABLE).
Submit a refundable deposit check for $10,000 made payable to the escrow agent (First American Title) based in the Florida, USA.
Reservation holders will be contacted within a couple of weeks after receipt of their reservation at which time a unit will be offered to them based on their reservation criteria.
Contracts and condo documents will follow sometime in May or Early June 2007 at which time the client will remit the balance of the first 10% deposit.
When construction starts you will also be asked to submit an additional 10% deposit
A 3rd - 10% deposit will be due at a later date yet to be determined
The remaining balance of 70% will be due at closing.
Construction is estimated to start in March 2007 and be completed some time around late 2009 early 2010.
