  • Please fill out the  DEVELOPER RESRERVATION (pdf)
  • Please fill out the TRANSACTION BROKER NOTICE  (pdf)
  • Deposit checks should be made payable to the escrow agent "Blass and Frankle P.A."  fo  $25,000.
  • Please fax all the forms and a copy of the deposit check to (786) 524-4644
  • Mail the Originals along with the deposit checks to:
    Remax Beach Properties 1355 Alton Rd., Miami Beach, FL, 33139 
    Attn Dan Maza P.A. and Sam Zand
  • The balance of the first 10% deposit will be due in March.
  • The second 10% deposit will be due approximately 2 to 3 months after the execution of the contract or when the developer breaks ground on the building.

Chapter 718 Florida Statute establishes procedures for creating, selling and operating condominiums. The law requires that the developer give a disclosure statement to the buyer stating that the buyer may cancel the contract within 15 calendar days of signing the contract (not Reservation) or of receipt by the buyer of the condominium documents, whichever is later.  A purchaser of an existing (resale) condominium unit has the right to cancel the contract within 3 business days after the date of the execution of the contract and receipt by the buyer of the condo documents
