    South of Fifth

SoFi is the popular name for the famous South of Fifth Street in Miami. It is an exclusive and affluent region in South Beach that ranges from Fifth Street to South Pointe Park. The neighborhood is surrounded by water on three sides and is an extremely tranquil and serene oasis, which offers ready access to many activities on South Beach.

The street was once considered a dead zone for visitors and tourists, but nowadays it is a vibrant and lively destination in its own right. A few locals who discovered SoFi left their landlocked homes to acquire condos in the clouds along Miami’s Government Cut, and there is no shortage of multi-million dollar skyscrapers in this area that line the south shore of Miami Beach and are home to hotshot celebrities and wealthy business people.

The real estate in the area comprises two, three and four bedroom houses. The property size varies from 2,500 square feet to 4,000 square feet, offering homebuyers a variety of accommodation options that will ensure their comfort.

Therefore, whether you are looking to buy or rent a condo unit, luxury real estate or best luxury condos in the South of Fifth, our realtors can be of immense help.
